I disagree with your whole scrap season 9 and redo it campaign but I will agree with you that season nine had more bad moments than other seasons....hell more than seasons 4-7 combined!
I look at your images though and you're missing one of Luster Dawn....the most unoriginal character of all time....nothing more than a season one, episode one version of Twilight Sparkle.....although I personally think she is WORSE.

You need to move on as well.
Gen 4 still home to great episodes, THE LAST PROBLEM INCLUDED, but they're NOT gonna make ANYMORE Gen 4 content whatsoever!
If Gen 5 fails, which is NOT a likely outcome, Hasbro won't bring back Gen 4. They will instead rest MLP completely before, in a few more years' time, introducing Gen 6!
You are not a master of the universe. You have no control over MLP.
Revising season 9, let alone ALL its related content, would take a LOT of work and WOULD NOT BE WORTH THE EFFORT!
